Linecutter Posted June 28, 2013 Share Posted June 28, 2013 For sale is my Colt 1877 "Lightning" DA pistol, 38 long colt, made 1891, nickle plated, 3" barrel, no ejector. Plating is gone from approx 40% of the pistol (end of barrel, end of cylinder,etc where it was most likely cleaned with Hoppes). Bluing on hammer, trigger, and screws is bright blue . Original grips are in great shape. Knurled base pin has the normal plier marks. Bore is brown w/sharp rifling. Overall a nice, honest , tight pistol that works as designed.
