St. Louis Suomi SASS #31905 Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Howdy: Sometime back I recall there being conversation regarding tempered or harded replacement firing pins for the Howell conversion cylinders. Does anyone remember who made them? STL Suomi
The Shoer 27979 Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 The smith shop but I don't have the contact info any more. The firing pi s are worth the money
Buckshot Dobbs Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 are they better than the factory ones that come with the conversion cylinders?
St. Louis Suomi SASS #31905 Posted June 26, 2013 Author Posted June 26, 2013 Howdy (again): Looks like the Smith SHop has firing pins for the Open tops, not the Ruger Cylinders - I will look again, but I only saw pins for the hammers, not the conversion cyklinders. STL Suomi

STL Suomi You have to call or email them , because they don't list them on the site. There are also 2 different sizes if I remember correctly they are like 13 buck a piece (don't hold me or them to that price)
