BONEYARD BILL, SASS #39,030
Heck - I was there (at that time). The Cobra gunship was an awesome fighting machine. They usually worked in pairs. Once I saw 2 collide during a night time mission. The sad part about it was - I was just talking to them on my radio 10 minutes before it happened. I was a Forward Observer - and called in mortar, artillery, jets, Cobras - whatever I could get. Now - my life is pretty simple - PTSD and 2 bouts of Agent Orange caused prostate cancer have seen to that. - Humbly submitted, Boneyard Bill

Prescott Palmer
That was all two years after I left. Looks like nite time around NaDang when I was there. Didn't die in Vietnam, but Agent Orange is slowly killing me now. Oh well that's life!

CPT. JACK
I was there from May of 70 to May of 71, II Corps, the highlands, Cambodia and Laos. That 40 MM Duster in the lower right foreground sure brings back some memories...they were certified ass kickers. CPT. JACK
