Yusta B. Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 I shoot BP/Subs in my '73 & remove the carrier every time after a shoot. It took me about 3 months to bugger up the original screws & I replaced them with hardned screws. Being a bit ham - fisted it didn't take me too long to start thinking about a better replacement than slot head screws. I found some flat head Torx screws on Ebay that I really like. They don't sit quite flush like the originals but are soooo much easier to loosen/remove/retighten.
