Loophole LaRue, SASS #51438
Not sure, as the pilot of the plane being refueled, that I'd be real comfortable with that current flow in close proximity to aviation fuel........ That tanker needs some some of those black static strips that used to hang from the rear bumper to keep you from getting zapped when you slid out of the car. Noz
Boy are they lucvky they didn't have any black powder for that static to ignite. Luckily they were working with jet fuel.
Linn Keller, SASS 27332, BOLD 103
I was complaining to high heaven about heavy static on a particular frequency in the 10 meter band. Tracked it down to a bad transformer, it's been changed out, no more problem. Watching this video, I realized ... as bad as my problem was ... I have no complaint!!!
