Subdeacon Joe
OK...I know they are used for sausage casings. And I guess the labeling laws require the wording but.. Boneless Pork Rectums, inverted just makes your head want to explode. Are there "bone in" pork rectums? http://www.clovegarden.com/ingred/ap_pigc.html for a break down of pig parts. Charlie Harley, #14153
Is there such a thing as a "bone-in" pork rectum? Implied in the label "boneless" is that there exists a counterpart which has a bone in it somewhere. Or maybe the counterpart is a "boneless pork rectum, with-the-right-side-out".
