Rusty Rooster
I needed to reshape a holster and I used water that was too hot!! Now, the inside of my nice tooled leather holster is as hard as cement!! (And surely tough on the pistol as well!) Is there a leather working pard out there that would accept the holster to assess the possibility of replacement of the lining - before I throw it away? Thanks, RR
Doc Fill 'Em 67797
Try some neatsfoot oil on it first, that should make it soft again. It may take several applications.
