Tater Head
Howdy Pards, I have an old MilSpec 1911 that came with plain plastic grips. I'd like to have a pair of the crossed cannon grips. Thought maybe someone might have a take off pair they don't like, want , or use that they would be willing to sell. Let me know what you have and what you want for them. Thanks, Tater

Chili Ron
Howdy, I bought a Springfield 1911 a while back. It had junky grips and I called Springfield and told them what I had and they told me when the gun was shipped and sent a manual and the crossed cannon grips for a very reasonable price. When I cleaned the gun a bit and put the new grips on the looks of the 1911 was so much nicer it didnt even look like the same gun. If I were to sell it I bet it would bring at least $200 more, the grips helped that much. See how much you save on ebay but if it isnt much consider new grips. Tater Head
Thanks C.R., I found a pair and I am anxious to get them. I really think the 1911 is one one the best looking pistols there is and I think the crossed cannon grips really make the MilSpec shine. Hope they are comfortable to shoot. The cheap plastic ones that came with mine were hard on the hands. Thanks Again For Your Reply, Tater
