Col. Dan and all the SASS members: I was delighted to see, in the latest Cowboy Chronicle, that SASS as an organization is taking this latest threat to our Constitution seriously, and is joining the battle and refusing to compromise. I was also delighted to see, Col. Dan, that the JPFO (Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership) is on your list of resources for the fight. In my opinion, they are the junkyard dogs of the second amendment. I highly recommend that anyone who is interested should go to their website and buy (and read) their eight "Grandpa Jack" brochures. They look like comic books, and that makes them easy to read (hell, even a statist might understand them), but they are packed with logic and with citations of scholarly research, and they put all of this nonsense in the proper historical context. Thank you to the Wild Bunch for refusing to take a "moderate" approach to this battle.
