An official, agent, or employee of the federalgovernment who enforces, attempts to enforce a federal statute,regulation, rule, or order that is unenforceable under this section isguilty of a class B misdemeanor and may be punished as provided in AS 12.55.” A class B misdomeanor holds a fine of $2,000 and may be sentenced to not more than 90 days of prison.
