DocWard
I couldn't help but chuckle at that one. "But then a woman would face an attacker with an empty shotgun." Good plan, Joe.
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L
Biden is clever at being stupid. Whoever voted to allow this guy in office are the same. GG
Utah Bob #35998
Actually I'd rather see something more productive from the NRA. Remember the old "I'm the NRA", ads showing average American gun owners speaking rationally? I thought those were good. Mocking Joe is a waste of time and a distraction imho. Even Democrats laugh at him. Get smart, NRA. We're counting on you to stem the tide of emotionalism and ignorance we're facing.

Joe is the target to illegitimize. He is the one heading this so called gun task force. Nothing wrong with what the NRA did here. GG.
Rooster Ron Wayne
Joe is just a puppet on a string . Just one string is broke , and it got tangled in his mouth along with his foot.

And I have written to the NRA several times and made mymthoughts clear in the last 2 months. And sent money. I think the organization could do a lot more especially in supporting opposition to state legislation around the country. Joe is a soft target, even the dems laugh at him. It's rather silly to point out that the court jester has a funny hat. Makes us laugh but doesn't do much to help as far as I can see.

I have sent money and written them too. I have no problem with the ad since Joe IS the head of this so called task force. The NRA is doing ALOT on all fronts that it can...and they know the fight better than you or me. At this point I will trust what they (we) are doing. Rye Miles #13621
I think the ad will resonate with the newer young gun crowd. The NRA knows what they're doing. That said, I'm sure the NRA appreciates all incoming ideas and responses to their ads. Rye

We (the NRA) are a large think tank - Can only imagine all the advice - good and bad - that they receive. GG ~
Utah Bob #35998
The NRA doesn't ALWAYS know what they're doing. Neither does the government, political party (name one), church (name one), or football team (Broncos vs Ravens). Nobody's perfect.

Neither does the government, political party (name one), church (name one), or football team (Broncos vs Ravens). Nobody's perfect. True. As I recall, they were initially opposed to the Heller case. But they're on balance good at what they do. Wait.... not "They." US. Like Bob reminded us above - WE are the NRA. Loved that campaign - it needs to be resurrected!
