Subdeacon Joe
Good for York Arms. Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York. We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York. As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New Yorkgovernmental agencies. For “civilian” customers residing in New York: At your choice, we will: Complete your order and ship to a dealer of your choice outside of NY. Refund your payment in full. Hold your itemshere for up to 6 months, at no charge – if you are in the process ofleaving NY and taking residence in another state. For LE/Govt customers in New York: Your orders have been cancelled. Buckshot Frank
Good for them, but who are they? Maybe I'm too much of a cynic, but do they even have any LE/Govt contracts to cancel or are they just issuing this statement for publicity reasons? Unless Glock or S&W undertake the same policy, it probably won't have much of an impact. I guess that every little bit helps though and they should be commended for their actions as long as their motives are genuine. Link to comment

Subdeacon Joe
On the other hand, a few little companies do it, we all write and urge others to do it. A few more small and medium sized do it. We start coming on even stronger to the Big Guys. Maybe soon one of them yields to our pressure. Every little bit helps. Link to comment
