DocWard
I have two models of the A-26 sitting on my shelf waiting for me to build them. One will be done in WWII livery. The second I am still trying to decide whether to build as a Vietnam era B-26K Counter Invader, or as a fire fighting air tanker. There is a Counter Invader at the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB http://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=
Doc Flimshaw Sass# 73310
Some were converted in the 60's to executive transport aircraft, fastest thing around in those days, pre learjet. Company was called On Mark. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_Mark_Marksman
Subdeacon Joe
I love the amount of information that comes out in the Saloon. Some of it is even useful!
Utah Bob #35998
Nice shots of them as fire bombers in the movie "Always". (which also includes Holly Hunter in what is possibly the best dress ever filmed)

Just the opposite of what they are doing today, which is restoring them to as issued configuration. http://www.mustangsmustangs.com/p-51/p51news/lindsay_070209/Cavalier_2.jpg
