I wonder if all the Gang Bangers will have it.

Hmmm!

I'm sure we will have to have "uninsured shooters" insurance to protect ourselves; somewhat like "uninsured motorists" insurance for vehicles.:rolleyes:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (The preceding has been substituted for expletives.) :o;)

Regards,

Dat's okay, Allie... I used enough expletives today for the both of us and some extra. :(

Listening to an interview with a gentleman who was a former GOP State Vice-Chairman, and who has been in the insurance business for a looong time.

He doesn't seem to think it'll pass; but he DOES think it's delightful irony that the organizations who provide this service are the ones these clowns hate... and in the unlikely event that it SHOULD pass it'll mostly serve to enrich those "hated gun-rights organizations!"

Doc, if ya don't mind 3-4 months of not too bad winter, come to OHIO, we have the least restrictive gun laws in the country. Open carry, Concealed carry( MUST ISSUE) , no ASWB, and 2 cowboy shoots every weekend with some of the country's best cowboy shooters! :) Rye

Back to the original topic.... someone questioned the legality of requiring insurance to enjoy a constitutional right.

That said... Perhaps reporters should be required to buy libel insurance before they can practice their First Amendment "rights...?"

Right now, we're considering Bend, OR. We really like it out here in the west and have no desire to move back to heat and humidity! Actually, I don't tolerate heat very well at all.

Okay it's not perfect but here in Ohio, there is four DISTINCT seasons here. Summer's actually not too bad. In the Northeast we get a few weeks in the summer that are high 80's and low 90's but for the most part summer is pretty danged nice. Spring and Fall is awesome!

Rye, who loves the heat, Miles :)
