Dakota Doc Martin, SASS #21774
It's a Bisley... you can tell by looking at them. I recently bought a serialized NIB pair of New Model Vaqueros that were a special edition made for Davidson's. I paid $900.00 and sold them the next day for $1200.00. Jess Nicktem, SASS #47284
Yup- it's definitely a bisley.
Rio Brazos Kid
Clean your glasses and READ the title of the ad. ;)/> LG I just did, and I concede I was wrong. It just didn't appear to me as being a Bisley when I looked at it when I first read the post. Further looking, and also the heading on the sale add, reveal that it is in fact a Bisley. Jackson Haller
Howdy! Bisley Vaqueros (old models, not the newer smaller framed ones) seem to have a different clientele than regular New (smaller framed) Ruger Vaqueros. A lot of people looking for them now are looking to put heavy loads in them (not CAS shooters); something the bisley grip handles better than the plow handle. Also, it seems fewer bisleys were made than plow handles, thus adding a premium to them.
