Navy Recruiting

Subdeacon Joe

Recommended Posts

My father (an old merchant mariner grad. of the MA nautical School in 1933) gave me the following advice:

If you go in the service, join the Navy. If you are unlucky enough to get killed, at least it's in a clean uniform with a full stomach. He was a very practical engineer.

Oh my, ya done it again, Joe. That's rich... That's rich!

Just sent that on to a buddy - a retired Master Chief with two post-high school young sons at home. "Don't let the boys see this, Mike... They'll be gone in a flash!" :P
