I got this from Reggie Byrum aka Apache Kid in 1985-86 at End of trail. 1 Gallon Apple cider or juice 1 bottle Bacardi Rum (white)1/5 (fifth) 1 half pint bottle Peach Brandy or Schnapps 12-15 cloves 1 bag of Red Hots Cinnamon candy (15-20) needed. 6 sticks of Cinnamon Honey Pour apple juice in a large pan with 6 cinnamon sticks and put the cloves in a TEA ball and cook for 1-2 hours, reducing 4 qts. to about 3 qts. Let cool and take out 6 sticks and tea ball.Add 4-5 tablespoons of Honey while it's cooling. Put 15-20 Red Hots in Rum to dissolve while Apple cider is cooling. Add 1 bottle Rum and Peach Brandy or schnapps to the Apple mix. Put 1 gallon jug in Refer to chill. get 4-5 old half pint or full pint bottles with corks. Enjoy after dinner, tastes like Apple Pie. Offer it to guys, they'll drink it and love it. Offer it to the gals and 99% of the time they'll smell it then drink it. You owe me 1 qt of your first Gallon for the recipe. Buick will be more than happy to finish off the pie for you Grizz, and I'll take your share of the liquid apple pie if you don't want that.
