Thanks in advance for any help. Are you asking about a Winchester model '94 carbine in .32 Win spl? Model '94 carbines mfg. 1940-1964 without saddle-ring run about $200-$600 depending on condition. Hard to find a pre-64 in really superb condition, but if this one looks really nice it could go as high as $700 or more...I've seen a couple in the fine gun rooms at Bass Pro and Cabela's. The usual everyday plain Jane used not terribly abused ones are tagged about $350, and the beat up ones are tagged at $200. The .32 is less common than the 30-30 and that cuts both ways; if someone really really wants the .32 Special he might pay a few bucks extra, but otherwise its an oddball caliber that would actually decrease the price. Which doesn't help you much, I know, but there you go. There are Winchester collectors on the Wire, and if you could get them a picture they could get closer than this guess. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Gun-Library/Winchester-Rifles%7C/pc/103792680/c/103589280/Winchester-1894-32-WCF-26-Octagon-Made-In-1904/1423180.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Fgun-library-winchester-rifles%2F_%2FN-1103078%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_103589280%3FWTz_l%3DSEO%253Bcat103792680%26recordsPerPage%3D80&WTz_l=SEO%3Bcat103792680%3Bcat103589280 http://www.cabelas.com/product/Gun-Library/Winchester-Rifles%7C/pc/103792680/c/103589280/Winchester-1894-32-WS/1422702.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Fgun-library-winchester-rifles%2F_%2FN-1103078%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_103589280%3FWTz_l%3DSEO%253Bcat103792680%26recordsPerPage%3D80&WTz_l=SEO%3Bcat103792680%3Bcat103589280 Gunbroker has a bunch; an example: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=309875312
