A few days later an elderly man was robbed in the same park of gold jewelry and beaten with his on cane. Yep . . . they done it gud,.... I'm here for 4 months a year and hear the latest of the city's fiasco . . . then am away for 8 months. The fiasco is worse every time I'm back.
