Seattle has a statue of him in the Fremont District. They got it from Russia when the Soviet States broke up.

 

I would have thought that the statue would go to some city in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. :lol: :lol: :lol:

You will learn little from people who agree with you on issues.

Hey Pard, Unless the Americans in Colorado don't get their acts together real soon, you will not be far behind Kalifornia. Grosly outnumbered by the masses of the uneducated, nieve, gullable and the recepiants of entitlements, I fear the once great State of California is lost. A native of California for now 62 years, I need to find a new home, possibly Texas or Wyoming. BTW, I am a land owner in Colorado.

Grosly outnumbered by the masses of the uneducated, nieve, gullable and the recepiants of entitlements, I fear the once great State of California is lost. A native of California for now 62 years, I need to find a new home, possibly Texas or Wyoming. BTW, I am a land owner in Colorado.

I recently read an article that folks are leaving CA in numbers large enough that the state will not gain any congressional seats for the first time since 1920. They are moving to Arizona and Nevada, followed by Colorado and Texas. HEY! Stay the hell out of Texas... unless you are conservative.

Denver/Boulder and the Interstate corridor is the liberal section of the state. The west slope is a different animule as are the rural areas that make up most of the state.

WE may have to partition. ;)
