Ricochet Roy, SASS #71853 Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Howdy Pards, Some time ago I just happen to come across a good quantity of some steel spur heel chain, not Chinese and not galvanized and has great 100 year old patina. I was told it was part of the old Buermann stock dating back into the late 1800's to 1926. This is unused chain and it matches the spur heel chain of that of my antique Buermann spur collection exactly and I have more than I would ever need. Based on electrical wire it looks to be 14 Gauge. Each chain is sold in 7 inch lengths. So, if your spurs are missing a chain or 2, or 3 or 4, I'm selling each chain for just $5.00 + $1.00 per chain for shipping. 7 inches should be more than ample to fit any boot, trim to the exact length needed. I know what you mean and need for your spurs, but my spur heel chain will not be the same color, same size & type, but not the same color. Thanks for asking though. Roy
