Grizzly Dave
A buddy of mine is looking to get a Marlin 62 and was asking me what I knew about that model. As I don't know anything, I figured I'd ask you folks. What can you tell me about that model? He's seen one without stocks, how hard would it be to find the wood for one? Source? Also any sources for buying that particular rifle would be helpful. Thanks Grizz

Chelsea Kid, #47400
Hello the fire, I bought one of the Model 62's in .30 Carbine years ago and it is a fun rifle to shoot, talk about short stroke! A few years later I found one in .256 Winchester Mag. I do not shoot that one very much as the ammo is expensive. I do reload but most of the time is keeping up with what we need for Cowboy Action Shooting. Other than the two I have it has been a very long time since I have seen any others. This will defiantly be a case of happiness of pursuit. Chelsea
