Don't know if they still do that, but you might give them a call. They also have a list of dealers in Arizona shown on their website. Good luck. Be sure to call the listed dealer(s) & ask if they stock powder. I found out the hard way that not all of them stock the loose powder. The local dealer in my area only has the sticks. I chose Pinnacle due to the fact that Powder Inc had super good bulk pricing and allowed mixing their different products to get the case lot prices and shipping. Most decent gun shops carry APP, Pyrodex or 777 since the laws for storage are more relaxed than the laws for BP. We also have some local vendors that come to matches with APP.
