Wow!

You folks are the best!

Although the test is supposed to be "routine," I have some concerns. The first concern is that it is a year overdue. Fortunately, most colon cancers are slow growing.

The last time I had a Colonoscopy, they found a mass that had to be surgically removed (resection). It was cancerous. Luckily, the doctor said he got it all and I didn't need chemo. Unfortunately, the hospital stay was very unpleasant and I was sick off and on for five months after the surgery. I had lots of tests and nothing amiss was found. I know these are small things compared to what many have to go through with cancer. I'm just a wimp about pain.

Thank you so much for the prayers and positive thoughts!

Gosh Allie, sure hope and pray your test show your doing well and without any other cancerous stuff.

I get alittle whimpy also when I go to the Dr. I've had issues with high cholestorol and blocked arteries and after having a heart stent and 2 neck stents, I'm always feeling alittle 'anxiety' jitters when I have to visit the Dr.

We love you and wish you only the best.

I'm just a wimp about pain.

There's no such thing as a wimp when it comes to pain. Pain HURTS. Everytime a doctor or medical technician asks if I'm allergic to anything I say "Yes, I'm allergic to pain."

Prayer's and cyber hugs headed your way from Sour Kraut and Philly Slim.
