Me: 73 - 38sp

My son: Henry Youth 22lr

CBB...are you sure you didn't have those switched around?

(Sorry I've been out of town for a few days and trying to catch up on my trash talking :) )

I am using a "new to me" Uberti 73 with 5th Gen short stroke in .38sp.

When I am trying to win: Uberti '73 Short Rifle in .357, stroked and tuned by Lassiter.

Backup: Uberti '66 Carbine in .38 Special

For making a statement with heavy loads: Uberti '73 Short Rifle, .45 Colt, factory original.

Main go-to rifle is Marlin in .45LC

Also have little Marlin Cowboy Comp in .38/.357 that I started with that has the Rusty Marlin modifications

Very old Marlin in 44-40, kinda beat up looking but works fine and can take being slammed around without guilt

Beautiful Centennial Marlin in 44-40 - gets used carefully a couple of times a year

I think a pattern is emerging - Lou likes Marlins! :D

I shot a 24" '92 brass framed Rossi for 8 years. Switched to a 20" '66 last year and added a tang sight to the 24" Rossi for the longer shots. Two other 20" '92 Rossis are waiting in the wings as back-ups. All are in.45 Colt

Obviously, I shoot an Ol' #4's Tuned Uberti '73 with SLiX products!!!!

It is a 11 year old Uberti, 24", straight stock, in 32-20: the original '73 caliber.

AND, I use Desperado Cowboy Bullets exclusively with REAL blackpowder!!
