Kat and I can't make it down for side match day but should be there not too late Friday evening. I am looking forward to this shoot. Blackwater 53393 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Well you'll miss the side matches but there's a meet and greet at the lodge Friday night with the Gumbo War cookoff and Karaoke courtesy of the Dooley Gang. Sat. is six stages with lunch provided and a banquet and live music on Sat. night. Shaddai Vaquero, SASS #69779 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Friday, side matches, wild bunch, long range and Friday night Meet and Greet, shredded BBQ with the World Famous Gumbo Wars, with Cowboy Karaoke, Texas Hold'em Saturday, 8am Safety meeting followed by 6 stages. 6pm Banquet with side match awards & door prizes, followed by the live Band, Milkbone. Sunday, Cowboy church 7am at stage 9 (the Church) 8am start shooting last 4 stages, lunch at the hotel under the tent, followed by door prizes and awards. quick run down.
