Jan Brewer has never complained about how bad AZ (the state) is or dislike LEGAL immigrants from anywhere. The problem is the Federal government refuses to do it's job of protecting the US border. And if they won't do it, they should get out of the way and let AZ keep it's resident's safe. Should AZ spend BILLIONS promoting every culture on earth? THIS IS AMERICA! Not northern Mexico. Same for immigrants from Ireland, Pakistan or China, or anywhere else. I remember that my great-grand parents came to the USA because it's a BETTER place to live. They were proud and grateful to live here. They didn't come here to change America to conform to their old homeland. BTW - My BIL lives in Tucson, for 25+ years. It's now a scary place to live. When communism started it's movement in the very early 20th century they used the name progressive. Then in the 1920s the ACLU was formed by a bunch of communists lawyers. Their sole objective was and is the destruction of this country as we have known it for over 200 years and it's conversion to communism, by any legal means that they can. After WWII the American Communist Party, after 40 years of trying, came to the realization that the only possible way they could get a candidate elected to congress or the presidency is to infiltrate an established political party. They decided that the democratic party would be easier to infiltrate than the republican, and they have succeded. I do not intend this to be a political post, merely a statement of historical fact. Dark Ranger Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 Friggin socielist crud is even in the kids cartoons.Trying to watch cartoons with my grand duaghter and they shove the latino language down thier throats,i have no problem learning something different,heck i love Speedy Gonzales,but wheit it is done like it,it is rude and intrusive!They even have commercials now that are all spanish but they don't have to put english in the subtitles but the cuacasion sure has to!All it does is create class warfare!My pop had a buissness and alot of farm laborers came through and i learned enough to communicate prices and how are you and other,they were dang friendly to me and brought in alot of buissness when they knew the gringo could speak thier lingo,they tuaght me and i tuaght them and nobody shoved it down our throats.Sometimes one feller my be low on gas or sodas or something and i would say let's get ya to work and worry about it later,they always payed back and at chrstmas time i had more tamales and menudo than i could eat,nobody shoved it down our throats. Believe me, I know they are really socialist/communist, just using their "lingo" so some might recognize Hillary/Reid/Obama by their own label. As far as learning English, we know it comes down to personal choice. Some of my new SIL's family here in WA are Latino, and some don't speak much English. That's not only their choice, but at a family dinner where some only spoke Spanish, it was just plain rude (they obviously don't know I speak some Spanish). And YES, I'm sure some of them are probably here "illegally". Wonderful folks, sharing great food. But they need to be here LEGALLY or go back to where they are legal citizens. The program that was shut down in the Tucson Unified School District was a series of "Mexican Studies" sponsored by "La Raza".(and technically it was not shut down, the district is still free to offer the programs so long as they don't want to receive State Funding) The program taught that the "whites" stole the lands currently part of the U.S. (Az, N.M. Tx and Calif.) from the Mexican people and there should be a resurrection of the "Mexican Race" (La Raza) to take back what was stolen. The T.U.S.D. was using taxpayer dollars to fund these studies. All-in-all, La Raza is the Mexican version of the "New Black Panther" group whose only goal is the militant overthrow of American society. Illegal crossing in Arizona A Study (2010) showed 62% of ALL illegal immigrants come into the U.S. through Arizona. Search the web for photos of what these crossings do to private property and federal land and you can see why the state has passed these laws.....
