Well, if I sell it to him, it will go through an FFL or it won't go.

I just thought that there might be something unusual about shipping

firearms into Texas. Can't imagine what, but in this crazy world maybe

you have to wear brown and yellow shoe laces and cross your eyes before

you tape the box shut. But Texas is a lot better than some of the others

I am sure. They don't seem to be afraid of guns.

Is this a Handgun? A rifle or shotgun can be mailed by you at the USPS. A Handgun, rifle or shotgun made before Jan 1st 1899 can be mailed. If it's newer than that, it should be mailed to an FFL in Texas. Just sayin'

BMC I have bought guns ion line from New York have my dealer send them his FFL fax email or mail the BATF laws of shipping is the guideline you need to follow. Handguns FFL to FFL and long guns can beshipped to FFL from individual

No restrictions or anything "Special".

 

Ship away to their FFL.

Thanks Boss, will do. I am a little shaky on this deal. The fellow came in awfully quick on not even an offer to sell. I just asked the value.

 

Follow your gut 'n cover your butt my friend-

Get payment - get signed hard copy of FFL - contact the FFL & talk to him - I've done that a few times when i had a "feeling"---
