Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 This video is made up of short out-takes from a longer video I'm making on shooting Tennessee Valley Muzzleloading's Iron Mounted Virginia rifle.
Trueno del Diablo, SASS#22364L Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Hope we're going to see some string cutting, ball splitting, candle snuffing',card cutting feats of shooting prowess. They are fun aren't they?
Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted March 3, 2012 Author Posted March 3, 2012 I may do one of Rendezvous games at some point. Back in the 1970s and 1980's I was a pretty hardcore flintlock competitor, but now I just shoot them for fun and hunting.
The Eastwood Kid Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Great little clip! That gun looks like a heck of a lot of fun......and the costume really adds to the vid! Looking foward to the full length version.-------Eastwood
Wrangler Jones, SASS # 64178 Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Never shot a flintlock, but I'd love to have one! That pan flash looks like it could be...distracting.
Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted March 4, 2012 Author Posted March 4, 2012 It was when I first started shooting flintlocks, but you get used to it.
Bitterroot Jake, SASS #9532 Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Great Video. I have 5 TVM longrifles, one is an iron mounted Virgina and the other is German Silver mounted. You could not ask for nicer people to deal with than Matt and Toni.
Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted March 4, 2012 Author Posted March 4, 2012 I agree. I have two rifles and one fowling piece from them.
