Rambling Grey
For Sale Pair of Uberti 1858 Conversions. Action work by Steve Jones. Also included are two cap and ball cylinders and a pair of heavier main springs. I'd classify these as lightly used. One of the nuts that hold grips on is blemished (shown in one of the pictures) other than that they look and work pretty nice. $875.00 plus shipping. How about $825.00 plus shipping or if you don't want the cap and ball cylinders and extra springs, $725.00 plus shipping. If you have any questions my email address gdgehrig1@aol.com First "I"ll take em" on the wire gets em. Guest
Did you do the conversion? Do you have to remove the cylinder to load them? Do they have to go through an FFL?
Rambling Grey
Did you do the conversion? Do you have to remove the cylinder to load them? Do they have to go through an FFL? Evening Duke These pistols were produced as 1858 conversions. If you go to Taylor Firearms website it explains the conversion pistols better than I could. The pistols have a loading gate and work just like a normal cartridge style 6 shooter. Yes they have to go through a FFL because they were made as a cartridge gun. Thanks Rambling
