Rufus Brady
WTT: Colt Anaconda with box and manual. Like new. Four-inch Barrel in .44 Magnum. Looking to trade for a shooter Colt SAA. Thought I had a deal but it fell through. I would prefer a 7 .5” barrel or Sheriff’s Model in any caliber. Re-blue OK. Will consider 1877 Thunderer or Lighting models. I can add a little cash to sweeten the pot. My cash price is $1300 plus shipping to your ffl. Posting this on several forums, so don’t delay. I will be looking to expand my SAA and early 20th Century Colt collection, so I will be liquidating some more stuff soon. So, y’all come on back, now! http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/011-3.jpg[/img] http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/002-3.jpg[/img] http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/001-1.jpg[/img] http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/006-3.jpg[/img] http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/010-2.jpg[/img]
Bad Hand
Why do you have to pay sales tax, are you a dealer?
Rufus Brady
Not on the Anaconda but, as I said, I will when I buy a replacement. Even if a private party out of state. If my FFL receives it for me, he must pay sales tax unless it is an even trade.

Bad Hand
That doesn't make sense, you are selling a pistol, and expect the buyer to pay the sales tax on the pistol you buy with the proceeds?
Fidalgo Jim SASS #2026
Fix the pictures, I may have a trade---correct me if I am wrong, a 44 magnum will shoot 44 special? or is it 44-40?

Slowhand Bob, 24229
Her is one of them but you will have to cut and paste the rest for yourself. http://1128.photobucket.com/albums/m482/BearBio/001-1.jpg PS; A 44mag will also shoot 44spec and 44Russian but would require an interchangeable cylinder for 44-40 and this is not normally feasible for most DAs. Marshal Dan Troop 70448
It sucks, but true. Sales tax even on the postage and insurance is taxable.
