Dash Caliber
Fairly sure this gun was reblued at some time... if you look close and squint you can see a pit here or maybe there.. I think the fore end may have been replaced but who knows? The stock is obviously original and has faint initials carved in it and looks like it has been with the gun since it was made in 1907. It is a takedown and it is the one of the coveted "D" models.. It is not a race gun. It is not rough. It is tight in a good way. BEST PATTERNING SHOTGUN I HAVE EVER OWNED. Puts some very expensive guns to shame and will make you throw that Sears and Roebuck single barrel in the trash and wonder how you ever killed a even a crow with it as a kid. Must have been dumn luck. $550 plus actual shipping. If you don't like Chinese guns.. this is the way they really were. http://i807.photobucket.com/albums/yy356/dashcaliber/Safecleaningphotos018.jpg http://i807.photobucket.com/albums/yy356/dashcaliber/Safecleaningphotos019.jpg http://i807.photobucket.com/albums/yy356/dashcaliber/Safecleaningphotos020.jpg http://i807.photobucket.com/albums/yy356/dashcaliber/Safecleaningphotos017.jpg

Thought the E models were more well thought of, least ways for people that use the magazine. Nice lookin gun tho.

I always heard the "D" models were all that and a bag of chips...one thing I know for sure..just because I say it or any other yahoo on the wire says it...many times it just ain't necessarily so.
