Lookin' for a pack frame

Recommended Posts

Before I haul off and buy one from Cabelas or Midway or some such, I thought I'd see if any pards have a good pack frame with good hip and shoulder pads they might want to part with. I plan to use it for heavy loads (quartered game) in the mountains, so it has to be usable for such.

Thanks!

Hey Bridger:

I have an old aluminum backpack frame with good shoulder & hip pads.

Made by a company called A-16 in SoCal

I used to carry a 60-pound backpack when I was a lot younger.

I don't know if it would be appropriate for quartered game, but, if ya like, I will send photos of it to ya.

You can have it for the shipping cost.

Let me know.
