That will give you a chance to get the "email" address in the system that you are "really" using. (do that even if you call them) ... You send your email in everytime your renew but it doesn't update anything ... it is just a contact email if "that" particular transaction bounces ... so you are probably bouncing because it isn't matching the one you originally signed up with.
