Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 I have a beautiful Great Western II chambered in .44-40. I picked up a .357 Mag cylinder and sent the works off to Alan Harton in Houston to re-chamber the cylinder for .44 Spl.
evil dogooder Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Great video. Your getting much better. Beautiful gun and grips too
Marauder SASS #13056 Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Another good one, Mike! What size bullets do you use? I know that the 44-40 normally has a very slightly different barrel diameter, but similar to the 9mm and 357/38, convertibles seem to shoot well.
Bottom Dealin Mike, SASS #22273 Posted January 24, 2012 Author Posted January 24, 2012 I use .429" bullets in both .44-40 and .44 Spl
