Subdeacon Joe Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Hey! They're only down by three. Touchdowns. Just before the end of the first half. Quote
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Twang your magic twanger, Tebow. The air heads will fall all over themselves if Tebow does not win the game. Quote
Jacknife Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Tebow needs some Nebow. May as well go home at the half. Quote
Grizzly Dave Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Just setting it up for a really amazing comeback! Can't say I'm surprised by how things are going though. Quote
Okie Sawbones, SASS #77381 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 I'd change the first letter on the last word of the title. I turned the game off -- romp city. With Denver out and New Orleans out, I'll have to root for the Packers and the Texans. Quote
Rancho Roy Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 That's my boys! It's only 42 to 7. They could come back. Quote
Grizzly Dave Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 As soon as that big mouth Shannon Sharp picked the Broncos in the pre game I knew we were in trouble. Quote

Jack Houston # 35508 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Why keep trying to run the ball??? You got a Quarterback let him throw the ball!! Almost 20 plays for negative gain! Couldn't have come out any worse! Quote
Jacknife Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 TEbow took a new job playing quarterback for the Pop Warner League. Maybe he can do better there. Quote

Jacknife Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Tebow looked like a whipped puppy last night after the game. Guess the air went out of his sails. Quote
Yellowhouse Sam # 25171 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 In all honesty Tebow needs an offensive line instead of what he has. Quote
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 In all honesty Tebow needs an offensive line instead of what he has. That seems to be the issue for a lot of NFL quarterbacks. Quote

Grizzly Dave Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 It will be interesting to see how Tebow does after having a full offseason and preseason to prepare for his role as starting QB. Time alone will tell if he will be a viable QB in the NFL, but I think that he has already shown that he should be playing in the NFL, if not as a QB, then maybe a halfback. Congrats to Brady and the Pats on a well played game. Grizz Quote

You must have seen a different post game interview than I did. You would expect someone who just lost a big game to be happy? I thought he did well and congratulated the Pats for out playing them. You seem to have developed a personal dislike for the boy for some reason. Maybe because of all the media hype, which is hardly his doing is it? Quote

Congrats to Brady and the Pats on a well played game. Grizz I think that based on the improvements he made in his short time as a starter he will be a far better player next season. His work ethic and dedication to the game is really outstanding. Some personnel changes need to be made in the off season. With a better line and some power runners things could work out very well indeed. Quote

SOUTH-PACIFIC,SASS #59402 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 In all honesty Tebow needs an offensive line instead of what he has. been following tebo for along time he needs more experance but i whole hardly agree he needs a lots more help on the line when other teams quater back take there time inthe pocket he has to rush the throws and he has only one good receaver. i feel he would be a awsome running bqack Quote
Blackwater 53393 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 So.........Tebow He can't throw a spiral...... He can't stay in the pocket........ He thinks running around like a lunatic in the back field is a good thing............ Think he'll be back next year............? Why is it when a top quarterback such as Breeze or Rodgers looses a game they get a pass, (receivers dropped passes, running backs fumbled, tipped balls were intercepted) but when Tebow or the Yates kid from Houston looses the game for the same reason, they're the only one to blame?? What about the defense that couldn't stop a diapered baby from running thirty yards at a clip, (Green Bay, New Orleans, Denver, and San Francisco even though they won)? What about defensive secondaries that were repeatedly beaten on the same play over and over?? Do they get a pass too because they aren't the object of your obvious bias?? Give these young guys credit. They got their teams to the playoffs, and into the second round by the way, under less than ideal circumstances, taking over for "better quarterbacks" when for one reason or another they couldn't get it done. Don't forget that Terry Bradshaw and Fran Tarkington (who ran around in the backfield, as did Favre and Elway and as do Breeze and Rodgers) weren't very pretty and look how they did over a couple of long careers! Give Tebow credit for being a winner and a player. Give it a rest!! Quote
