Howdy:

"Moonlight Cocktail" - Glenn Miller - Now THAT is OLD (The thing is I remember a lot of the Swing and Sway with Sammy Kaye and a great many of the old "Big Band" group). I still like them - HAAA! Imagine, music that you can Humm to and actually had words you could say in front of your Mom and Children - WOW! What a concept!

You cowboys are really young....mine was "Piano Concerto in B Flat" by Freddy Martin....but I like the next one better..."Chattanooga Choo Choo" by Freddy Martin. I found mine on Google before I looked up your link. It had them by month.

My daughter just asked this question on Facebook a week ago. So I did a bit of research!!! This is what I found:

Jingle Jangle Jingle by Gene Autry was popular in July 1942...But

Well in doing some research for a song that was a hit on my date of birth..I found that while this was not a hit on that day...it was released on that day!!!! and of course was/is a bit of a hit!!!

How is that for a popular song??
