Buck Snort
Beautiful Packer Saddle - circa 1900's. I originally purchased this saddle to participate in historical rides. It is just like the one used by Sam Elliot in Conagher! This type of saddle was originally used by the US Army and the US Forest Service. It is in great condition and I have been told it was probably used by the US Forest Service. I have had it re-fleeced and re-strung. It also features a pouch behind the seat and metal stirrups. It has a 16" seat. I have used this saddle once since it was re-fleeced on my favorite quarter horse. It fits quite well on a medium framed horse! I have injured my back and have been forced to sell my horses and tack - this is one of the few things I have left to sell. Please CALL ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED - 303-838-5973. Thanks and Happy Trails!!
