Seldom Seen #16162 Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 The carbine loop or sleeve is a simply a one piece of leather designed to fold around a long gun and carry the it in a lateral position at the frontof the saddle. It attached to the saddle pommel either with a strap and buckle or the "hole and slit" through both layers of leather. I need the size of the leather and a pattern if possible.
