Conejo Kid #51342 Posted November 22, 2011 Share Posted November 22, 2011 This rifle was manufacturered about 1910 and has a fair amount of "field wear" (i.e. nicks and dings on the stock and receiver). The color case hardening is faint but visible. The barrel was badly worn so I had it relined (I know I shouldn't have done that) -- anyway it's done. There is a small chip in one corner of the butt plate. At least the gun will shoot 1 inch groups at 30 yards now. Anyone interested in a unique piece of history? Now if it could just tell us where's it's been. $375 plus shipping to your FFL. I was out of town after Thanksgiving and then we were off to the SASS Convention. We had a blast at the convention, especially the pajama party.
