Have had it for a while and the guy I got it from mangled the blade and I want to get a replacement. Would really like to have a white bead like on my other 1866. Seldom Seen #16162 Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 If it is only the blade that is damaged consider having it replaced with a front sight blade such as Big Grabber by Manatee. It looks like to me all is required is mill off the old blade, cut a correct size dovetail notch and drift in the new blade.
