Krazy Kajun Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 Yep, they changed our First Aid Certification training at work this year to use only compressions with no rescue breaths if you are the only first responder. They did say, however, that if there is more than one first responder present that one should do the compressions and the other do the rescue breaths after first "getting an airway" and then maintaining it.
