Hashknife Cowboy Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 Once when testifying the defense attorney got in my face and shouted, "Do you not understand you are under oath?" My reply....yes just like I understand you are not under oath. The jury went into a hysterical outburst, the judge threatened to hold me in contempt and my fellow police officers applauded me.
