J. Mark Flint #31954 LIFE Posted November 3, 2011 Author Posted November 3, 2011 Sending her dad a link to this thread. Here is the most recent update from Jay Mintz (stolen from Facebook) Update..Chloe is doing OK. Pain has set in now that all the meds from surgery are gone but she is really managing it well. We got our first look at the leg and arm since the emergency surgery as the bandages were changed today. I stopped counting at 60 stitches on the arm. Can totally tell just how the dog had her with a clearly defined top and bottom teeth entry points but I am very amazed how ...well the plastic surgeon closed them both up loosely to heal. Leg stitches look real clean as well and no visible signs of infection. Next visit with plastic surgeon will be Tuesday where stitches will be removed and options from here discussed. Thanks again for all the well wishes today. Nikki and I appreciate the support so much.
J. Mark Flint #31954 LIFE Posted November 9, 2011 Author Posted November 9, 2011 Jay Mintz Update: Ortho complete. Picture shows Chloe getting a mold made of her arm. They innovated a splint from the mold. Arm is fractured and she'll stay splinted for three weeks. On to get the stitches removed now. Thanks for the continued support. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/s320x320/387486_1585349169376_1705187416_819121_1968082535_n.jpg
