Cassalong Hopidy Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 I know it has been said on the Wire and elsewhere many times, but I cannot refrain from complimenting Dillion Precision on its approach to dealing with customers. I spoke with Technical Support about the automatic case feeder for my 550B and when we determined that the problem was the micro-switch, they immediately sent me a new one without charge. I am not a young man and have dealt with precious few companies through the years that give this kind of care, attention and support to customers. Thank you Dillon.
