This year, Sunday morning at Ambush, was our occasion. As most of you may know, we suffered what turned out to be a hard drive crash on the Club's computer. All the participant's names, categories, and the scores from Saturday's six stages were irretrievably lost. To further compound the issue, we did not have a backup method of entering, tabulating and sorting the rest of the scores. At that point, we were forced to attempt another method of tabulating the scores. This method turned out to be 95 percent accurate, but had some errors that we were not able to recognize until the shooters begin reporting back to us. At that point we dropped back, and put reporting the results on hold until the SASS scoring program could be used again. I apologize for the inaccurate initial reports, as well as the delay in the actual announcement of the winners, and will take the appropriate steps to insure it doesn't happen again in the future. That said, and scoring issues aside, thanks to each and every person who participated in any degree with this great match!
