No cartridge loops. Border tooled dark chocolate brown with a glossy finish. Lined or thick with the inside left rough. 7 holes with 48" to the middle hole. Brass roller buckle, snapped not rivited. I paid to have this made once already, in April of 2005. Talked to him or his wife every 3 months for 3 years, he kept promising, but the fella kept the money, closed up his Saddlery and left a lot of people hanging. If someone wants to take on the job PM me with the cost. Thanks! Duc McC
