Subdeacon Joe Posted August 20, 2011 Author Posted August 20, 2011 UPDATE: An RAF Red Arrows pilot has been killed in a plane crash moments after completing an aerobatic display at an air show in Bournemouth. Sources have now confirmed that the pilot died after his stunt aircraft plunged into the ground near a river that runs through the village of Throop just before 2pm today. It is understood that a Mayday call was issued just before the jet went out of control. A BBC camera crew was ordered to stop filming the display as soon as the call was received.
