deleted because I put a post saying I would take it, then changed my mind. Now I'm waffling again. Who did the short stroke?

Hi,

The rifle is a 20" Octagon barrel. It has an older short-stroke kit that works just fine. However, it will eventually need an up-to-date kit. T.L. Miller, of the Cowboy and Indian Store will do a tune up on it for $100.00. He has the rifle and can do it quickly. If you would like that done and sent to you from T.L. If you want a full "race kit" with a 5th generation stroke kit, aluminum lifter and all, T.L. will do it for $325.00 parts and labor. Otherwise, it's $850.00 "as is" plus UPS ground shipping.

Please let me know what you'd like to do.

Thanks,

Major Payne

What does T.L. have the gun for? What was wrong with it?

T.L. had a prospective buyer for the rifle. I'm in SLC and I left it with him to show the prospective buyer. Nothing wrong with it. T.L. said he'd do a full "race" job on it with a 5th gen stroke kit and light weight lifter for $325.00, parts and labor if interested. Othewise, the rifle is sold "as is" with an older stroke kit (which works fine) plus shipping of choice.

Thanks,

Texas Tell,

Unfortunately, I need the funds. Also, I just got a .45/70 as well.

Hi,

How would I take PayPal?

Payne

I found I have a PayPal account, but I stopped using it because of so many horror stories about it. Lots of complaints on the web if you Google it. Have you had any problems at all?
