Plugged Nickel Pete, SASS #36205
I've seen it here before (I think). It's a joke listing an "old guy" who gets easily distracted in doing things (i.e. watering lawn, getting mail, loosing/finding TV remote, etc.). He starts off early in the morning, but by the end of the day, he's tired for all of the things that he did, but no chores ever seem to get finished. Does anyone have a copy of this, or know where I could find it ? Thanx for your help in this, as my memory is also becoming a bit "vague" on what I've accomplished too. Mack Hacker, #60477
Thanks for your input Griz. I found another one too. Boy, I wish that was funny. I can get up to go feed the horses and walk out the back door 5 times before I ever get to the barn. By then, the horses have given up and left for the front pasture. Somehow they always show up that night hoping to get lucky in spite of my past performance.
